Council is the name we use to refer to our governing body, which meets on a regular basis to coordinate the church's program operations. Council sets goals and objectives guided by the overall vision of the church.

Ministry & Personnel is a group of 3-7 congregation members elected by the congregation to provide a confidential, consultative and supportive role for the pastoral relationship. M&P offers agency for ministers and all members/adherents of the congregation by supporting and promoting harmonious work relationships among Beach ministers and staff and with the congregation. Positive and constructive feedback is essential to staff growth and M&P invites you to share your thoughts with members of the committee.
