Cooking with Soul
"World of Rice"
Saturday, January 29th at 9am to 12noon
Come & learn about sticky rice, yellow rice and red rice.
The menu is as follows:
Sushi (learn how to roll it with sticky rice)
Southwestern Rice and Bean side dish
Pork Tenderloin with brown rice
Rice Pudding for dessert
We're also going to find out about yellow rice not yet on the market, and we'll sample red rice for fun.

Note: There will be a small fee to cover costs of supplies.
