BUCKY

Every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. people of all ages and stages come together to worship God, to ask questions, learn new things and be surprised! The children and youth have a special place to explore their faith by being a part of BUCKY! (Beach United Church Kids and Youth)

There are 3 age groupings:

Beginner - Age 4 to grade 1

Primary - Grades 2-4

Junior - Grades 5 and up

The children and youth and the rest of the congregation usually reflect on the same readings from the Bible each week. The young people and their teachers do this using the curriculum, The Whole People of God.

There are times when the young people will explore a particular theme through all ages "discovery centres."

It's the teachers that make the curriculum come alive, and we have an amazing group of lively, fun and creative people who love being with children and teens!
