Design Concepts

On December 5^th HOMe presented several design concepts that were developed by

Black and Moffat Architects Inc. The concepts are preliminary, but we welcome your

feedback and comments.

As we consider designs, we are reminded of important decisions the congregation has

already made, including reducing our footprint (while continuing to offer great programs)

and creating flexible space that can be used for many purposes.

3. Renovated sanctuary portion, plus small addition for kitchen (ground floor)
4. Renovated sanctuary portion, plus small addition (second floor)
5. Renovated sanctuary portion, no addition (ground floor with meeting rooms, kitchen)
6. Second floor, no addition (sanctuary space for “traditional" worship for 150 people)
7. Second floor, no addition (sanctuary space with sliding doors open for 250 people)
8. Second floor, no addition (sanctuary space set up for worship “in the round”)
9. Second floor, no addition (sanctuary space set up for dining for 200 people)
